A regular face at OIL, Dr. Zimmerman always brings clear, convicting, meaningful, and relevant messages to the pulpit. He is the chairman of the department of practical theology at Biblical Theological Seminary. A gifted communicator, Dr. Zimmerman also serves as the teaching pastor at Calvary Church in Souderton, Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Kim, have two daughters and reside in Hatfield, PA.

Dr. Bryan Chapell is highly regarded in the evangelical community as a preacher, teacher, and author.
He joined the Covenant Seminary faculty fulltime in 1986 and has since served as a professor, Department Chair, Seminary Dean, and Executive Vice President. From 1994-2012, he served as the institution’s President. He has also served as President of Christ College in Taiwan. From 2012-2013, he served as Chancellor of Covenant Seminary, representing the school both nationally and internationally through leadership and speaking responsibilities in organizations throughout the world.
Bryan became the Senior Pastor of Grace Presbyterian Church in Peoria on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013. He will be our morning bible expositor.
George Verwer is the founder and International Coordinator of Operation Mobilisation, which is a ministry of evangelism, discipleship training, and church planting. Mr. Verwer has a burning concern for vital, propagating, and revolutionary Christianity in his own life and in the lives of those he meets. He has authored several books, including A Hunger for Reality, Revolution of Love, and No Turning Back.
Mr. Verwer will be the missions challenge and closing worship speaker.
Joshua’s passion is making the truths of the Bible accessible and relatable and helping others discover the security, identity and freedom of knowing God’s love. His six books have sold over 2 million copies combined and have been translated into dozens of languages.
Comparing himself to the fictional character Benjamin Button who lived a backwards life, Joshua became a best-selling author at age 21, the lead pastor of a mega-church at age 30 and only now, at age 40, is attending Regent College, an innovative graduate school of theology.
Joshua lives in Vancouver, British Columbia, with his wife, Shannon, and their three children, Emma, Joshua Quinn and Mary Kate.
He will be our Thursday Evening plenary speaker.
Dr. Min Chung is the founding and senior pastor of Covenant Fellowship Church (CFC) in Champaign, IL where he has been faithfully serving for 25 years. Along with his pastoral duties, he is a board member for Serving in Mission (SIM), Korean Inter-Missions Network (KIMNET), and KOSTA. He is also an adjunct professor at Urbana Theological Seminary. Dr. Chung's messages always bring a powerful impact to Winter OIL attendees every year. He received his Master of Divinity as well as a Doctorate of Ministry from Biblical Theological Seminary. He is married to his wife Gee and they have five children, Joshua, Daniel, Ruth, Hannah, and Sarah.
