About OIL

One in Love (OIL) began in 1988 as a small retreat for a handful of Korean-American college students. Nearly two decades after, OIL has progressively transformed over the years into a pan-Asian, multiethnic conference of nearly 1,000 people from 100 colleges and 317 churches. Personal and corporate spiritual renewal, the strengthening of local churches, as well as equipping the attendees for personal ministry have been driving forces behind OIL. Ultimately, a fresh love for God and a compassionate love for the world is what we take back home. We have been challenged by speakers like Dr. Ralph Winter, Dr. Ajith Fernando, Mr. George Verwer, Mr. Joshua Harris, Dr. KP Yohannan, and Dr. Tony Campolo as they share with us their perspective on the amazing things God is doing around the world through His people. We come together as a diverse and multidimensional generation of Christ to become one in love.
