Pricing

For OIL 2012, you can register as an "Overnight" attendee or as a "Commuter". Commuters have the option to commute each day or register for individual days.

* The "Commuter" rate includes:

  • Attendance at all sessions of OIL - plenary sessions, seminars, and small group.
  • OIL booklet
  • 5 meals beginning with dinner on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 and concluding with dinner on Friday, January 6, 2012. (Breakfast is not included for commuters).
  • It will be the commuter's responsibility to arrange for his/her travel to/from the OIL conference.

** The "Overnight" attendee rate includes:

  • Attendance at all sessions of OIL - plenary sessions, seminars, and small group.
  • OIL booklet
  • 8 meals beginning with dinner on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 and concluding with breakfast on Saturday, January 7, 2012.
  • 3 nights overnight accommodations in a standard room (two queen beds*) beginning Wednesday, January 4, 2012 and checking out Saturday morning, January 7, 2012. The hotel is in the same building as the convention center where OIL is held. Rooms will be assigned generally with similar age, same gender and assuming 2 queen beds, 4 people to a room. Each attendee will be given a room key.

*** The "Day Pass" rate includes:

  • Attendance for one day of OIL plenary sessions and seminars.
  • OIL booklet
  • Lunch (served Thursday/Friday only) and dinner.
  • It will be the attendee's responsibility to arrange for his/her travel to/from the OIL conference.
  • The "Day pass" applies to either Wednesday/Saturday, all-day Thursday, or all-day Friday.

Evening Pass - Recommended Donation $25

  • If you cannot join us during the day, but would like to attend the evening services, you are more than welcome! However, in order to offset overhead costs, we are recommending a donation of $25. This donation can be made in-person when you arrive on-site.
