History
One in Love (OIL) started in 1988 as a small retreat for a handful of college students. Nearly two decades later, OIL has grown into a multiethnic conference of nearly 1,000 people from over 100 colleges and 300 churches. We come together as a diverse generation of Christ to become "one in love".
The driving forces behind OIL have been personal and corporate spiritual renewal, the strengthening of local churches, and the equipping for personal ministry for the attendees. It also has been a place for collaboration of different church leaders. Ultimately, a fresh love for God and a compassionate love for the world is what we take back home.
